What recipe should i use to make this canned pink salmon delicious?

Place fish in bowl and add finely diced onion, olive oil, and 1/2 lemon juiced. I like adding green onions sometimes too. just toss all together with a little cracked black pepper and eat with crackers, or I like it over lettuce.





The lemon cuts out the fishiness, and a good quality olive oil adds a nice flavour.\

Salmon Loaf





1 small can salmon


4 eggs, beaten


4 tablespoons butter, melted


1/2 cup bread crumbs


salt and pepper to taste


parsley, minced





One small can salmon, four eggs beaten light, four tablespoons melted butter--not hot--one half cup fine bread crumbs. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Chop fish fine, then rub in butter till smooth. Beat crumbs into egg and season before putting with fish. Butter your mold and steam one hour.





Sauce:





1 cup milk


1 tablespoon corn starch


1 tablespoon butter


1 egg


salt and pepper to taste





One cup of milk, heated to a boil, thicken with one tablespoon of corn starch and one tablespoon of butter, beaten together. Put in the liquor from the salmon and one raw egg, beaten light; add a little pepper.





Put the egg in last, and carefully pour this mixture over the loaf.





Serve hot.

Tasty Salmon Burgers


4 Servings





1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained


1 egg


1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs


1/3 cup minced onion


1/4 cup minced celery


1/4 cup minced red bell pepper


1/4 cup mayonnaise


2 tablespoons chili sauce


1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper


1 dash hot pepper sauce


1 dash Worcestershire sauce


4 hamburger buns


1 tomato, sliced





Combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, onion, celery, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, hot chili sauce, chili sauce, dill, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.





Shape into 4 patties (mixture will be very soft and delicate). Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the patties easier to handle, if desired.





Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray; fry tuna patties for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. These are fragile, so be careful when turning them.

Salmon Croquettes





1 can pink salmon


1 egg


1 c crushed cracker crumbs





Mix and make into patties. Fry in about 1 inch of oil until they are brown on each side. All you have to do is fry long enough to cook the egg, the rest of it is cooked.
Mix it with cream cheese, onion, celery salt and pepper. Serve with crackers, Ritz will do fine.
Mix with mayo diced onion and celery on a sandwich
