A spicy salsa goes really well with salmon. You can get a tomatoes based one ready made (Doritoes type) or make it yourself, serve with green salad:

陆 lemon, juice only

For the salsa

录 yellow pepper, finely chopped

录 red onion, finely chopped

1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, zest and juice

Method

1. For the salmon, heat the oil in a small frying pan over a high heat and fry the salmon slices for 30 seconds on each side, or until just cooked through.

2. Remove the salmon from the pan to a serving plate and squeeze over the lemon juice.

3. For the salsa, mix all the salsa ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the salmon.Fried Salmon - Sauce Recipe?
