I need a simple + easy recipe for baked Tilapia + Salmon?

wash the fillets good and then put them on a sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle them with some lemon pepper or just a little salt and pepper and bake until they are done the way you like them. It is important not to overcook fish or it gets a bit tough. I would think that 20 to 30 minutes at 350 F would get the job done.

The other way I like to cook them is to sprinkle them with a bit of lemon pepper and fry them in a pan for about 3 minutes on each side. Remember not to overcook. Sprinkle with a bit of chives and good eating. The frying method take less time and the fish does not really absorb much of the fat. If cleaned and ready to go for the talapia I would Sprinkle with butter garic, and lemon and italian dressing. In a broiling pan and broil for 3 mins or so but watch the last min so not to burn. For salmon I would do lemon pepper and butter with lemon juice. and bake at 375 for 20 mins or so if thick steaks. watch so as not to over cook.I need a simple + easy recipe for baked Tilapia + Salmon?
depending on your palate.....sweet,salty,etc.,we use either italian dressing or T. Marzetti's Asian Ginger dressing .....or just go to the salad dressing aisle at the grocery store and let your imagination take over...i like talapia prepared almost anyway, hard to go wrong....try other combo's,you will be suprised!
