Does anyone have the recipe that was in Men's Health Magazine a couple of years ago for salmon patties ?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I'm making these for dinner tomorrow night:





SALMON PATTIES


1 can (16 oz. salmon)


1 small onion, finely grated


1 TB. minced fresh parsley


ground black pepper, to taste


2 large eggs, well beaten


1 to 1-1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs


3 TB. butter


Put salmon %26amp; liquid into medium bowl %26amp; flake with a fork (removing or mashing any tiny bones). Mix in grated onion, parsley %26amp; pepper. Mix beat eggs into salmon; and add enough bread crumbs (about 1/2 c - 3/4 c) to make it thick enough to shape into 6 patties. Roll patties in 1/2 c. bread crumbs. In large heavy skillet, over low heat, melt butter and fry patties slowly on each side
