Can anyone help me?!! I'm looking for the recipe for Japanese baked salmon.?

JAPANESE BAKED SALMON WITH EGG AND


LEMON





11 oz. salmon filet


5 tbsp. sake or wine


2 tsp. salt


2 lemons


4 hard-boiled eggs


4 sheets aluminum foil, 11 inch square


Lemon-flavored soy sauce





Mix together sake and salt. Cut salmon into 4 slices and soak in sake mixture for 5 minutes. Shell eggs and slice them. Slice one lemon. Place a piece of salmon on each square of aluminum foil. Top with egg slices and lemon slices. Pour sake over. Fold packages tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove to serving plate. Garnish with second lemon, sliced. Serve with lemon-flavored soy sauce.

Baked Salmon with Japanese Salad1x side of salmon(boned)


2 tlbspn Wasabi powder


Juice of one lemon





Fillet the salmon and rub in the lemon juice and wasabi powder.





Japanese Salad:


1x red capsicum


1x 1cm piece of fresh ginger


2x cloves of garlic


1/2 cucumber


(Julienne all of these)





Dressing:


150ml Japanese Rice Wine Vinegar


100ml Japanese Soy Sauce


75ml Zarbo Sesame Oil


Dash of lemon juice





Place salad on top of salmon and garnish with chopped nori and black sesame seeds.
12 ounces of salmon fillets cut into 4 serving size pieces and 1 clove of garlic. prepare a marinade with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar arrange salmon in a baking dish and set aside. prepare the marinade. chop up the garlic and sprinkle it over the salmon. pour the marinade over the salmon, turning to coat. cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. microwave on medium high for 10 minutes. then enjoy with your favorite rice dish.
