Recipe for Baked Salmon?

Can anyone give me a simple recipe for baked salmon?Recipe for Baked Salmon?
This is a truly DELICIOUS and GREAT recipe, trust me!! You won't regret making it!!





2 cloves garlic, minced


6 tablespoons light olive oil


1 teaspoon dried basil


1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon ground black pepper


1 tablespoon lemon juice


1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon





In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).


Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork. serves 2

Recipe for Baked Salmon?



Ingredients





* 4 (5 ounces each) salmon fillets


* 2 teaspoons olive oil plus 2 tablespoons


* Salt and freshly ground black pepper


* 3 tomatoes, chopped, or 1 (14-ounce) can chopped tomatoes, drained


* 2 chopped shallots


* 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


* 1 teaspoon dried oregano


* 1 teaspoon dried thyme





Directions





Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.





Sprinkle salmon with 2 teaspoons olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir the tomatoes, shallots, 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper in a medium bowl to blend.





Place a salmon fillet, oiled side down, atop a sheet of foil. Wrap the ends of the foil to form a spiral shape. Spoon the tomato mixture over the salmon. Fold the sides of the foil over the fish and tomato mixture, covering completely; seal the packets closed. Place the foil packet on a heavy large baking sheet. Repeat until all of the salmon have been individually wrapped in foil and placed on the baking sheet. Bake until the salmon is just cooked through, about 25 minutes. Using a large metal spatula, transfer the foil packets to plates and serve.












BAKED SALMON FILLETS OR STEAKS





Salmon fillets, any portion size, boned and skinned


Onion powder, to taste be generous


Garlic powder, to taste be generous


Dried dill, to taste be generous


Mrs. Dash, to taste be generous


Mayonnaise


Paprika





Wash and dry fillets. Spread thin coat of mayonnaise over salmon. Spray Pam or similar product over Pyrex or tin foil pan or rectangular pan (depending on amount and size of portions).


Sprinkle seasonings over fish ending with paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.





Note: This recipe is wonderful used for boned and skinned chicken.








EASY BAKED SALMON





1 salmon fillet or steak


1/2 to 1/3 c. half %26amp; half or milk


1/2 tsp. minced fresh dill, chopped chives or basil


Salt (opt.)





Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in shallow baking dish and add half and half or milk so fish is half immersed. Sprinkle with dill, chives or basil and salt if desired. Bake 30 minutes, occasionally spooning liquid over salmon. Fish is done when mostly pale pink in



Baked Salmon I





INGREDIENTS:


1 cup brown rice


2 1/2 cups water


1 pound salmon fillet


1/4 cup orange juice


1 teaspoon dried dill weed


1 teaspoon dried rosemary


1 teaspoon dried basil


1 teaspoon dry mustard


1 teaspoon lemon pepper





Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a saucepan bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.





In a large pan, add enough water to just cover in the bottom of the pan. Lay the salmon fillet in the pan, pink side up. Place cooked rice around the outside of the fish. Sprinkle the oringe juice over the fish and rice.





In a small bowl, combine the dill weed, rosemary, basil, mustard, lemon pepper and sprinkle over the fish and rice. Cover with aluminium foil.





Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the salmon is tender and flaky.
Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch





3 tablespoons Dijon mustard


3 tablespoons butter, melted


5 teaspoons honey


陆 cup fresh bread crumbs


陆 cup pecans, finely chopped


3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped


1 陆 pounds salmon fillets


6 lemon wedges


salt and pepper





Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.





In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, butter and honey. In another small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.





Season each fillet with salt and pepper, place on baking sheet. Brush with mustard mixture, then cover tops of each fillet with crumb mixture.





Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill





1 陆 cups mayonnaise


陆 cup mustard


1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped


1 teaspoon dried oregano


1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped


1 pound salmon fillets


2 teaspoons dried dill weed





Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare baking sheet with non stick spray.





In a bowl stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Add thyme, oregano and basil, mixing well.





Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and spread with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with dill weed.





Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.

1 pound salmon fillets

EZ...Take your salmon and drizzle a little olive oil on it. Take a can of diced tomatoes the S%26amp;W with italian flavor.





1. Get piece of foil and lay flat


2. Place fish on foil


3. Drizzle Olive Oil on Fish


4. Take can of tomatoes and drain juice.


5. Pour tomatoes in can on the fish


6. Wrap foil pockets and bake fish for 15 minutes





You can make rice and veggi and it's as EZ as that. And it's EZ clean-up too.
I usually just sprinkle with a little bit of dill *optional* or fish seasoning of your choice, top with a few slices of fresh lemon, then bake. salmon is so good that you dont have to do much to it.
