Salmon fillet recipe?

I am a huge fan of salmon fillets. I just litely oil them with EVOO and a little lemon pepper .. then bake.

My father has had salmon patties and loves them but never had salmon fillets. My mother has never tried salmon but had already made up her mind that she won't like it, haha.

Does anyone have a great way to make salmon fillet for people that are new to it? One that you've actually tried. Please don't just get one off the internet ... I can do that myself. I'm looking for a recipe that someone has actually tried and people have loved.
