Mustard Crusted Salmon Recipe

This French bistro dish makes a simple dinner any night of the week. You might want to consider doubling the batch and using the remaining salmon in a tossed salad the next day, or even as the salmon topper in the Warm Salmon Salad with Crispy Potato.

Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds center-cut salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions

1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Freshly ground pepper to taste

1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Lemon wedges

Directions

Preheat broiler. Line a broiler pan or baking sheet with foil, then coat it with cooking spray.

Place salmon pieces, skin-side down, on the prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the salmon.

Broil the salmon 5 inches from the heat source until it is opaque in the center, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. What's a good recipe for salmon?
Okay, you're not going to believe me cause the combination sounds weird, but I got this cookbook with an amazin Salmon recipe. Marinate filets in a mixture of mustard, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, and some cilantro. Then cook them over the stove and pour the extra marinade over them as they cook.
grind almonds in a food processor. spray salmon fillets with cooking spray. season with salt and pepper. coat fillets in ground almonds. cook in a little butter over medium heat. about 5 minutes each side. i like to melt some cranberry jelly while they are cooking and serve a little over the fillets.
BBQ Salmon

lightly brush filets with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little garlic salt, pepper %26amp; lots of dried dillweed. BBQ about 5-8 min on each side, over mesquite chips, or until done. Serve with this sauce: 1/4 c. EACH sour cream and spicy/Creole mustard, with 2 -3 TB. dried dillweed
Here is a really great recipe. It's called Grilled Salmon with Brown Rice. Here is the link for the complete recipe. http://buzz.prevention.com/grilled-salmon-with-brown-rice/
