I'm not the best cook but can cope with simple instructions. I'm thinking of a creamy sauce?Can someone please give me an easy recipe to use up some cod, salmon and prawns?
I've tried this is easy and tasty,
Boil about half a cup of milk season it add a crushed clove of galric and half a small onion, soak the cut up cod,%26amp; salmon and prawns. Boil the pasta and strain, then heat a little butter or some oilive oil, strain the fish, don't throw the milk away,lightly fry the fish, add a table spoon of flour, then add the strained milk a bit at a time until you have a thick creamy sauce. Serve on top of the pasta.Can someone please give me an easy recipe to use up some cod, salmon and prawns?
How about putting it into a wok with cooked rice and chopped tomaoes tomato juice sweetcorn garden peas quick fry it and serve

I've given you a link to a recipe but you can adjust it to use up the ingredients you have left over.
I make it all the time and it's yummy, real comfort nursery type food.
Sauteed all of those in butter. Salt %26amp; pepper. When almost done, pour some whiskey, light the fire, and let it goes of, stiring. When off, add some double cream or cr猫me fra卯che, stir. It's ready
Serve over fresh pasta or simple white rice, it's delicious

Simply substitute whatever you have for the haddock in the recipe.
..or you could try marinading the salmon and cod slices in lemon/lime juice sprinkle with chopped coriander, grated ginger and chilli, make into coronets and fill with prawns and peas and steam for 6 min or so and serve with mange-touts, baby carrots and potatoes!
Cook the salmon and cod in chunks along with the prawns, with some garlic, a chili and some sliced spring onions. Add creme freche, black pepper and some fresh dill and serve with spaghetti. Very tasty!

make a white sauce with parsley mix in the fish and prawns put in a dish top with creamy mash and bake till golden and bubbling yum yum

How about a fish pie, make a white sauce,add to it the fish flakes and prawns, pea parsley, sliced mushrooms if you have some, top with mash potato's, sprinkle grated cheese on top pop in the oven for 20 Min's or until it golden brown, serve with broccoli cauli, and sliced carrots.

3 kg/ 6 lb mixed fish and seafood (salmon / prawns / cod/ squid / mussels, crabs, etc.)
1/4 cup / 60 ml / 2 floz olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 large onions, chopped
2 leeks, sliced
2 x 440 g / 14 oz canned tomatoes,, undrained and mashed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1.5 teaspoons dried basil
2 tablspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons finely grated orange rind
1 teaspoon saffron threads
1 cup / 250 ml / 8 fl oz dry white wine
1 cup / 250 ml/8 fl oz fish stock
freshly ground black pepper
1) Remove bobnes and skin from fish fillets and cut into 2 *** or 3/4 inch cubes. Peel and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Scrub and remove beards from mussels. Cut crab into quarters. Set aside.
2) Heat oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat, add garic, onions and leeks and cook for 5 minutes or untill onion are golden. Add tomatoes, thyme, basil, parsley, bay leaves, orange, rind,, saffron, wine and stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3) Add fish and crab and cook for 10 minutes, add remaining seafood and cook for 5 minutes longer or until fish and seafood are cooked. Season to taste with black pepper.

Bacalao Espanol (spanish salted Cod)
4 servings 陆 day 8 hours prep
Change to: servings US Metric
1 lb salt cod fish
2 1/2 tablespoons parsley
1 large onion, minced well chopped
8 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dry sherry
2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 teaspoons green olives, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1 (4 ounce) can pimientos, shredded
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Soak codfish for 8 hours in enough cold water to cover it.
Drain and shred the fish.
Saute the onion in the oil until it is softened.
Add codfish and saute a few more minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer slowly until codfish is tender, about 1/2 hour or more.
