I need a recipe for a Vinagrette for a smoked salmon?

All I know is that it has capers and hard boiled egg in it.....normally served with toasted bread and cream cheese..........Help!I need a recipe for a Vinagrette for a smoked salmon?
Please don't worry about the recipe. I found a blender mustard vinaigrette on food forum. Here it is:


1/2 cup red wine vinegar


3 cloves garlic


1 cup Dijon Mustard


1/2 teaspoon black pepper (at least--- you can add more---just don't get it in your eyes like I did today!)


1 1/2 -- 2 cups olive oil, or substitute canola if you prefer.


1/2 cup minced parsley or mixed salad herbsI need a recipe for a Vinagrette for a smoked salmon?
You don't need a vinagrette. Every thing is there for you, It is prepared. You could make a creamcheese spread with a ltlle bit of chives or just onion and perhaps some dill and roll the salmon with the spread.
