This is a recipe from another Yahoo answerer..so compliments to Rli R:

Take your salmon fillet and spread the top with mayonnaise. Then sprinkle with chopped fresh or dried dill, and black pepper. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
I have a good grill recipe!!

put the salmon on a sheet of aluminum paper. put some olive oil on top, garlic salt, fresh cilantro, green onions and fresh squeezed lemons.

wrap it up in the tin foil and put it on the grill

it tastes sooooo good
Oven Bake it-

Salmon Filet

2 tbs Olive Oil

2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar

3 tbs Lemon Juice

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp tabsco sauce

In a bowl place the salmon filets, then pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, rub gently. Allow to sit for about 15 minutes, then add the salt, pepper, lemon juice and tabsco sauce, again rub in gently.

Take a baking pan, spray some pam then place the filets skin side down. Bake in the over at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.

Good luck....

Suggestions for sides:

Steamed Asparagus

Couscous with saffron

Broccoli and Rice

Good luck and hopefully this helps you out!
wrap it in parchment paper with some olive oil drizzled on it and some lemon slices. wrap it and make a little pouch like thingy and it will steam inside the paper in the oven, it will be SUPER tasty! good luck!

oh....you can also throw some veggies in there with it, like underneath the fish and they will steam as well and be amazing!
Oven-Poached Salmon Fillets

1. 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed, if desired

2. 2 tablespoons dry white wine

3. 1/4 teaspoon salt

4. Freshly ground pepper to taste

5. 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots

6. Lemon wedges

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch glass pie pan or an 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Place salmon, skin-side (or skinned-side) down, in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with wine. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with shallots. Cover with foil and bake until opaque in the center and starting to flake, 15 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness.

3. When the salmon is ready, transfer to dinner plates. Spoon any liquid remaining in the pan over the salmon and serve with lemon wedges.

Yield: 4 servings
Cut a lemon so there are circular pieces then cut that size cirlce out of fish (about 1/4 to 1/5'; deep) then put the lemon slice in w/ slice of butter in there and cover with sliced out fish. Cover with foil, bake. then enjoy!
A recipe I enjoy is to mix tub margarine with equal amount of dijon mustard. spread over the top of the fillet only. Combine crushed pecans and seasoned bread crumbs, press the mustard coated top side of the fillet into the crumbs. Place on a baking pan and bake 400 for 10-15 minutes (it depends on the thickness of your fillet).
This comes from the World's Biggest Salmon BBQ in my hometown. You can find similar recipes on the web, but a key ing. has been left out of those. I got my recipe from the man who makes the sauce; my old highschool algebra teacher.

1/3 c. lemon juice

1 1/2 t. soy

1 1/2 t. worcestershire

2 T. chopped fresh parsley

1 T. chopped fresh basil

1 t. chopped fresh oregano

1/4 t. garlic powder

kosher salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients well. Use to baste oven baked or grilled salmon. I promise you, this cannot be improved upon.
