Never liked it much, besides one time when it was done on a bbq (whole fish, wrapped in foil). It was soo good! How do I prepare salmon at home, in the same way?
Also other recipe's using different cuts of salmon would also be appreciated.

marinate a big piece of bone free skinless salmon for 3-5 minutes in a white wine. Rub one side with lemon pepper. Fry it up in a pan and enjoy.
This comes from my great grandmothers kitchen, I've made it for my children and grandchildren,we all love it.
One can red sockeye salmon, one stick butter, two quarts whole milk. Heat in saucepan till butter melts completely. Serve with Ritz or Hi-Ho crackers. Salt and pepper to taste.
We just call it Salmon Soup.
We love to grill salmon all year round!! Start with a nice fillet - I try to catch it on sale at the local market - and marinate in spicy italian salad dressing. Double a piece of foil %26amp; spray with a little Pam, then place salmon in the center skin side down. Grill til done ( fish will turn light %26amp; opaque) rotating the piece of foil, but do not turn salmon over. Serve with your favorite sides such as wild rice, grilled corn, asparagus, etc.......Yummy!!

Hi Nikki,
I've never been a fan of salmon until I had wild salmon. It was SO good!
If you have wild salmon, bake it for 15 minutes at 350.
Wild salmon (as opposed to farm raised or wild caught) has a strong flavor. You won't need to add anything to it.
If the salmon is farm raised or wild caught, douse it with sauce (but you won't like it).
