Recipe for salmon?

Anyone have any recipes for tinned salmon, can you cook it?Recipe for salmon?
ASIAN-ALASKA SALMON NOODLE SOUP


15 Minute Meal





1 can (14.75 oz.) or 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) traditional pack Alaska salmon OR 2 cans or pouches (6 to 7.1 oz. each) skinless, boneless salmon


1 package (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetable mix (including sugar snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, onions)


1 package (3 oz.) Oriental or chicken flavor ramen-style soup


4 green onions, sliced


1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger


2 cloves garlic, minced


1 Tablespoon soy sauce


1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar


1/2 teaspoon sesame oil





Drain and chunk Alaska salmon, removing skin and bones (if any). Bring 5 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Add stir-fry mix, cook 3 minutes. Break ramen noodles into 4 pieces, stir into water. Add onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and ramen seasoning packet; simmer 3 minutes. Stir salmon into soup; heat through. Serve immediately.





Makes 4 servings, about 2 quarts.





Nutrients per serving: 277 calories, 10g total fat, 3g saturated fat, 32% of calories from fat, 58mg cholesterol, 26g protein, 22g carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 1386mg sodium, 298mg calcium and 1.8g omega-3 fatty acids.Recipe for salmon?
Salmon Patties





INGREDIENTS


1 (14.75 ounce) can canned salmon


1 egg


1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs


1/4 cup chopped onion


1 tablespoon olive oil





DIRECTIONS


Drain and reserve liquid from salmon. Mix egg, onion, bread crumbs and salmon together.


Make into patties. If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add reserved liquid from salmon.


In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Place patties in pan. Brown on each side, turning gently. Drain on paper towels and serve
1.5 kg (3 lb) canned salmon, drained


5 g (1 tsp) salt


black pepper to taste


175 g (6 oz) onion, chopped


100 g (4 oz) butter or margarine, softened


50 g (2 oz) flour


125 ml (4 fl oz) double cream


175 ml (6 fl oz) vegetable oil





method


1. Chop the salmon very finely in a mixing bowl.





2. Add salt and pepper. Add the onions, butter, flour and cream and mix until smooth.





3. Shape the mixture into cakes.





4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large heavy pan.





5. Cook the salmon cakes in batches until golden brown on both sides.
Salmon loaf or salmon patties are both very good, especially when served with a homemade mac %26amp; cheese made with SWISS cheese...
Personally I think it would be disgusting cooked, but it is ideal to make a home-made quiche with, you can add some steamed brocolli and add the salmon to the mixture.





You can make salmon fishcakes by adding to some mashed potato and seasoning with some pepper and some parsley/dill





You can make a filling for baked potato with mayonaise, sweetcorn and blackpepper

SPAGHETTI WITH SALMON


400 g of pasta spaghetti type


170 g of natural salmon


1 glass of red wine


1 small onion


Parsley


Black olives without stones


Butter


1 tablespoon olive oil


Sale





Cut the peeled onion and dry them in a saucepan with some 'butter and 1 tablespoon of oil.


Pour the wine, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.


Combine salmon crumbled.


Salt, add the parsley and black olives, cover again and cook on a low flame for another 10 minutes.


Cook spaghetti and season with the sauce prepared.
