I use canned salmon with the bones and skin removed, and i add 1 cup of cracker crumbs to two cans of salmon, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice. 2 beaten eggs, 3 stalks of celery cut up, and 1 small onion chopped fine or 1/2 of a large onion chopped up, and mix all together and add 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper and thyme to mix and shape into patties or put in a loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes on 350 degrees till done or cook in a pan of 2 tbsp of oil for 10 minutes on each side...
Simple. Remove the bones. Mayo, crackers, s %26amp; p, chopped onion and egg. mix well. Heat a combo of oil and butter to med-high, form into patties and put in heated oil. Fry adequately on each side - ready when medium-dark brown. Ultimate is soda crackers versus regular saltines. MMMMMmmm i'm hungry now! You can do this with tuna as well.
I use can salmon, this is for 2 cans, remove skin and bone, mix in bowl with one onion (finely chopped) 1stalk celery, one egg, season salt%26amp;pepper to taste, cracker crumbs, shape into patties and roll in corn meal to coat, brown in oil until done.
