broiled with lemon

BBQ'd with dill or lemon
Sprinkle salmon with a little salt and dill weed. Broil about 5-8 minutes on each side or until done.

Mix 1 small container non-fat plain yogurt with 1 TBS mayonnaise and 1 tsp. dill

Serve salmon with sauce on top. I accompany this with fresh asparagus and couscous. Very simple, very elegant and good for you too!

I love it broiled with lemon and dill, simple but wonderful. Serve it with mashed sweet potato and broiled buttered acorn squash with a nice white wine, lovely and so easy!
Combine equal parts of tub margarine and dijon mustard. rub over the top of the fillet. Combine 1 cup bread crumbs with 1/4 cup crushed pecans and salt and pepper to taste. Press top of fillet in this mixture. Bake in oven until fish flakes easily and the topping is golden brown. I've made this for people who swore they didn't like salmon and they all loved it.
