My husband loves the angel hair pasta with asparagus and salmon at Nordstrom cafe. Is a recipe available?

Angel Hair with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon --











INGREDIENTS


1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta


1/2 cup fresh steamed asparagus tips


1 ounce smoked salmon, chopped


1 lemon, juiced


1 tablespoon chopped pistachio nuts


1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil


1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil


salt and pepper to taste











DIRECTIONS


In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.


Steam the asparagus over boiling water and cook until tender but still firm. Drain, cool and chop.


In a large bowl, combine the pasta, asparagus, smoked salmon, lemon juice, pistachios, basil, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Salmon and Asparagus Pasta


Ingredients:


2 large salmon fillets


16 oz. package angel hair pasta


Lemon pepper


1 bunch asparagus with end clipped


陆 c butter


录 c granulated chicken bouillon


录 c flour


3 c cream


录 c white wine


1 陆 c parmesan cheese (dried parmesan, the fresh makes the


pepper sauce really stringy and thick)


4 T lemon rind


Method:








Place Salmon fillets on aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Brush the fillets with butter and cover in lemon pepper. Seal the foil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Then cook the angel hair pasta with a little olive oil and salt. Do not over cook. Cut off the ends of the asparagus and steam it for 1 陆 minutes.





Take a cube of butter and brown it with chicken bouillon and pepper and 录 cup flour and scorch it until it's brown, stirring constantly. Then slowly fold in the cream, parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. lemon rind and white wine. Simmer 3-4 minutes.





Place a row of asparagus and then a portion of angel hair pasta on top of it in the center of the plate. Drizzle with cream sauce and cover with broken pieces of salmon. Finish by sprinkling ground black pepper on top. Grate fresh lemon rind, and top with parsley sprig. Ready to serve.My husband loves the angel hair pasta with asparagus and salmon at Nordstrom cafe. Salmon %26amp; Asparagus Pasta





1 bunch thin asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces


8 oz. pasta


1.5 Tbsp butter


1/2 cup heavy cream


2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated


1/4 tsp lemon pepper


freshly cooked Salmon, cut into small pieces


black pepper to taste





Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add cut asparagus and cook until tender but firm, 1-3 minutes. Scoop out the asparagus and put in an ice bath to stop cooking. Add pasta to pot of boiling water and cook until desired firmness. Drain when done.





Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet. Add asparagus tossing just to coat. Add heavy cream and lemon pepper. Heat until cream begins to thicken. Add pasta, salmon, Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper. Toss and serve hot.





Baked Garlic Salmon





2/3 lb. salmon


2 medium cloves garlic, minced


1/2 tsp parsley


kosher salt %26amp; freshly cracked black pepper





Preheat oven to 450 degrees. pray baking sheet with cooking spray and place salmon skin side down. Season salmon liberally with salt %26amp; black pepper. Add parsley %26amp; minced garlic. Bake 10-12 minutes until flaky.

I don't really think so, because if restaurants gave out all their recipes, they'd be out of business
