Have any good recipes or tips for preparing fish such as salmon? ?

For Salmon I always sprinkle what ever seasoning I have around, lemon pepper, old bay, or any seasoning mix, then dot the top with butter. Place them on a foil lines baking sheet and bake them on 350 for 20-45 minutes. The butter keeps them from drying out and really creates a great flavor with the seasoning. You can tell the salmon is done by poking them with a toothpick in the thickest part, if it comes out clean they are cooked.Have any good recipes or tips for preparing fish such as salmon? ?

Make a marinade that has the following ingredients:

-soy sauce

-ginger

-brown sugar

-garlic

Marinate the salmon for 10-20 minutes and then grill.

If I don't use the above marinade, I will make a mango salsa instead (mango, cilantro, lime, salt, pepper, olive oil, and sometimes avocado) and serve it along side grilled salmon
I don't really have any good ideas for salmon, I usually just broil it with some salt, pepper and garlic or lemon pepper.

But if you want to cook a white fish, like cod or something, I really like to take the thin fillets and salt and pepper them a little...then take a packet of ranch dressing mix (you know the powder) and mix it with a little flour then fry it. It turns out really good!!
a hot pan, olive oil, salt, lemon, garlic butter.

rub the salmon with oil and then sear in a hot pan. when its done season with salt and lemon and some garlic butter if you like

i like a little crushed black pepper on it as well and then serve with a good tossed salad on the side and/or some grilled or steamed veg. nothing as gorgeous as that
Salmon is a great fish. I don't like to mask the flavor with a marinade or with a maple glaze. I just use Tone's or Durkee's Citrus Grill. Sprinkle generously and grill it. If I can't grill- then I'll cook on a skillet with some olive oil. I think McCormick has a Citrus Grill also. And lemon pepper tastes good too. So simple, but it tastes wonderful.
Put it in tinfoil with some butter, spices, onions a couple slices or either orange or lemon. Bake it in the oven or on the grill for about 20 minutes.
Whole salmon? Stuffed and baked, or poached. Steaks? Rub with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, fresh dill and lemon juice. Grill them.
Do not overcook!

I like salmon wrapped in foil and baked with equal parts olive oil and lemon juice, a bit of minced garlic, some basil and some salt and pepper.
on barbecue, wrap in aluminum foil with pesto on the fish, cook low temp, slowly.
Marinate with Balsamic Vinegar

Grill it! Taste amazing and its really easy

Grill on medium heat and cook till the meat is ready to flake off
wrap fish in foil with some lemon slices, peper corns and a bit of butter. You can then throw in on the bbq or in the oven it will come out delicious!!
